¿Qué estamos buscando?
Desde Calvin Klein, estamos buscando Store Managers dinámicos y con experiência para liderar los equipos de nuestras tiendas principales.

Actualmente tenemos vacantes en Madrid, Barcelona, Málaga o Marbella.

Tus principales objetivos como Store Manager serán liderar el equipo de la tienda para
conseguir ventas alineadas con nuestros objetivos de marca.
Además, te encargarás de que el equipo tenga un fuerte conocimiento de la marca y el
cliente tenga una experiência positiva, asegurándote que todo el equipo proporcione un servicio excepcional.

Nuestro sueño es que cada cliente sienta y comparta nuestra identidad de marca, y que siempre esté feliz de volver a nuestras tiendas.

Te necesitamos para que esto ocurra

Responsabilidades del rol:

  • Gestión del equipo: Liderar y transmitir con entusiasmo la pasión por la marca
a tu equipo de ventas, dándoles todas las herramientas para poder crecer
profesionalmente y fomentar su desarrollo personal.

  • Ventas: Liderar las estrategias de venta, así como la consecución de los
objetivos comerciales y KPIS, involucrando al equipo de ventas a través de
planes de acción, garantizando siempre una cuidada imagen de marca en todo
el proceso de venta.

  • Experiência del cliente: Atraer y fidelizar al cliente cuidando cada detalle,
ofreciendo un servicio de máxima calidad.

  • Administración de la tienda: Asegurar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos
como inventarios, gestión de stock, caja registradora, informes diarios, etc.

Eres una persona motivada, enérgica, con don de gentes y que trabaja en equipo.
Eres una persona orientada al detalla, proactivo y creativo. Apuntas alto y quieres
construir una carrera con nosotros.

La moda es tu pasión. Eres analítico, sabes priorizar y tienes una clara capacidad de
organización. Además, sabes cómo llevar a tu equipo al éxito, liderando con ejemplo.
Tienes experiência en la gestión de equipos de tienda y en la supervisión de las ventas
y el servicio al cliente.

Lo que necesitas para tener éxito en este puesto:

  • Inglés fluido (nível alto).
  • Al menos tres años de experiência previa en gestión de equipos.
  • Fuerte capacidad de comunicación y liderazgo.
  • Atención al detalle y gran experiência en el servicio al cliente.
  • Capacidad para formar al equipo y alcanzar los resultados de los KPIs.
