Desde ADM Value estamos seleccionando a un agente de atención al cliente para uno de nuestros prestigiosos clientes, plataforma de compra venta de artículos de lujo de segunda mano.


Tu misión:

Ayudar a los clientes en sus peticiones vía chat, mail y teléfono para el mercado italiano.

Ayudar a alcanzar los objetivos de producción y de calidad en cuanto a la atención al cliente y prestar todo el apoyo posible.

Ayudar a mejorar la experiência de nuestros clientes día a día.

Contrato a tiempo completo de 39h semana

Inicio de formación el lunes 29 de mayo

Requisitos:

Nível nativo de italiano, tanto oral como escrito. con un nível avanzado de inglés
Buena capacidad de comunicación y orientación a las personas.
Proactivo y con capacidad multitarea.
Se valorará la experiência laboral en atención al cliente.
Ganas de aprender y crecer día a día.
