¿Cuál será tu misión?
Como Gestor de contrato de mantenimiento y reportando directamente a gerencia, tus principales funciones serán:
Planificar y preparar documentación de pedidos relacionados con equipo; analizar y reparar errores, alteraciones de los equipos de producción eléctrica, incluida la sustitución de piezas.
Llevar a cabo el mantenimiento programado; Realizar el trabajo de instalación según los planos, dibujos e instrucciones; Determinar el proceso de instalación y coordinar el tiempo del proceso; Instalar dispositivos de conmutación, cuadros eléctricos / de control y paneles de control con un diagrama de circuito parcialmente creado por ellos mismos, así como controlar su eficiencia funcional; Dirigir y adaptar los procesos eléctricos y electrónicos de acuerdo a estándares definidos; Gestionar clientes y proyectos de principio a fin.

Buscamos un perfil con ingeniería eléctrica o mecánica, con al menos 5 años de experiência en una posición de responsable de mantenimiento, facility manager o gestor de contratos en sector terciario, residencial o industrial.
