For the last 4 decades, SITA is operating a global network of 2,500 stations worldwide, across 172 countries providing services to 250 airlines and connecting 18,000 aircraft.

We are looking for you, a product manager with airline flight operations and software solutions experience, to look after our most successful airlines solution, the AIRCOM Server Platform.

Reporting to the Portfolio Director of Data & Platforms, the Product Manager of AIRCOM Server Platform is overall responsible for the following key activities:

  • Manage the Product's long and short-term Roadmap
  • Lead the Product Lifecycle Management process (Stage Gate)
  • Define Product Strategy and drive it through all project stakeholders
  • Work with Product Owner and support Product Requirements and Product Development
  • Support Product Marketing Strategy
  • Support Service Management Strategy
  • Act as business owner for Supplier Management
  • Own and lead Business Performance Measurement, including P&L and Customer Satisfaction


You will interact with the various functions within SITA FOR AIRCRAFT such as Engineering & Technology, Customer Service & Operations, and other colleagues across the company, located in 20+ countries (Canada, United-States, France, Switzerland, Germany, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom...).

  • Achieve the strategic, financial and customer satisfaction objectives for AIRCOM Server Platform
  • Shape the strategy to achieve revenue and profit growth of the product in line with the SITA strategic plans
  • Manage performance of the product line throughout its product life cycle.

Your experience:

  • Master's degree in engineering, Science or Business Administration
  • 5+ years' experience in a significant product management function
  • Track record of achieving product revenue growth and of managing product financials
  • Strong experience of working in a matrix environment, liaising with different teams to drive overall product success
  • Proven record of working with B2B SoftwareasaService (SaaS) solutions
  • Innovation skills and a track record of significant experience in defining market requirements and functional specifications
  • A demonstrated track record of success in delivering lasting results in a global business environment and within a technology solutionsbased business
  • Experience in Air Transport Industry is highly desirable
  • Formal product management training/certification/experience desired
  • Fluent in English
  • Other languages such as Spanish or French are a plus
