- Descargar pedido de compra del cliente
- Recepción del pedido
SDRL
- Documentos que se necesita aprobar:
- MPS
- ITP
- Estadísticas de Health & Safety
- Seguimiento de los procedimientos específicos hasta código
- Certificaciones
- Preinspection meeting & Kickoff meeting
- Manufacturing Plan
- Manufacturing Progress report
- Gestión de las notificaciones para las inspecciones / Inspection realease Note
- Generar documento final y subirlo a la plataforma del cliente con gestión de las notificaciones
Requisitos:
- Experiência de al menos 3 años en las funciones descritas (control de documentación de fábrica y project management)
- Disponible para viajar a Álava según necesidades del proyecto
- Buscamos personas con experiência en el uso de herramientas ofimáticas como Document Controller, siendo interesante haber trabajado en proyectos de Ingeniería y/o Construcción, utilizando gestores documentales.
- Inglés avanzado
