LF WW Reporting and Data Project Manager

The Large Format business aims at architects, engineers, and print service providers (PSP). These customers share their projects, ideas, and documentation through large format prints. As the project manager of Reporting and Data Structure, you will lead the reporting efforts to assist markets and management in enhancing business performance. Moreover, your role will ensure that WW information represents a 'One-Single Source of the Truth'.

You will be part of the HP Large-Format Category team that reports to the LF Print Go-To Market organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the go-to person for WW business reporting.
  • Manage internal and outsourced reporting projects.
  • Define optimal reporting practices to aid management decision-making.
  • Support markets and management in grasping the business status.
  • Harmonize reporting processes across Large Format.
  • Act as the main point of contact for Large Format data.
  • Assist data analytics teams in obtaining and validating business data.
  • Maintain data quality levels for the One-Single-Data-Source project.
  • Establish and foster networks and forums for ongoing reporting enhancements and data validation.
  • Specialize in information sources and regular data extraction.
  • Comprehend system mapping.

Education & Experience Recommended:

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Usually 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in product marketing, product design, or a related field, or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated team management and collaboration skills.
  • Business and financial acumen.
  • Leadership, communication, and influencing skills.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Highly desirable advanced Excel and system tool skills.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Business acumen.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up and organizational skills.
  • Preferably knowledge of SQL and/or Python, and QlikView/MSBI.
