Siamo alla ricerca di una persona da inserire nel team "Customer Care Italia" di Top Doctors, che abbia esperienza nella gestione dei clienti e nel problem solving.
** **Ruolo**:
- Accompagnare e guidare tutti i nuovi medici durante la loro registrazione presso Top Doctors.
- Assicurarsi che i profili dei medici siano completi secondo le preferenze dei clienti, nel nostro stile e formato.
- Motivare i medici a collaborare con il team dei contenuti per creare articoli da pubblicare sul loro profilo Top Doctors.
- Condurre video interviste con i medici su "temi caldi" per i pazienti, assicurando la creazione di contenuti video di alta qualità per i profili.
- Supportare e formare i medici sugli strumenti/servizi tecnologici che offriamo e garantirne il corretto utilizzo.
- Mantenere i medici informati sui loro risultati e aiutarli a migliorarli utilizzando gli strumenti e i servizi a disposizione, collaborando anche con il team dei contenuti.
- Gestione reclami e richieste generali dei medici.
**Requisiti minimi**:
- Lingue: italiano fluente e conoscenza base spagnolo o inglese.
- Ottime competenze commerciali e alta capacità di gestire trattative in modo efficacie.
- Esperienza precedente in funzioni analoghe.
- Padronanza degli strumenti informatici: Outlook, Dynamics, Zoom, Teams, Excel.
- Sono fondamentali ottime capacità relazionali, organizzative e di problem solving.
**Cosa offriamo**:
- Contratto a tempo indeterminato con 3 mesi di prova.
- Orario: Dal lunedì al giovedì 9-18:30 e venerdì 9-15.
- Stipendio annuo lordo fisso di euro + commissioni.
