As a Sourcing Project Manager at Schreiber Foods, you will take the lead in managing projects related to new products from a sourcing perspective. Your role will involve actively owning processes, participating in follow-up meetings, engaging with suppliers, collaborating with internal departments (Sales, R&D, Supply Chain), and external customers to meet their needs. You will also assist in providing necessary pricing information for cost estimates, coordinating sample deliveries with suppliers, and ensuring timely material delivery for initial production runs. Additionally, there may be occasions where you will assist in graphic chain management within Optiva, ensuring timely approvals for new designs and task completion by suppliers. Other responsibilities include handling quality complaints, managing Invoice Price Variance (IPV), and updating prices in the system.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and participate in project meetings as the project owner
  • Communicate with suppliers for sample requests, proposals, and price coordination
  • Manage graphic chain initiatives
  • Engage with internal and external customers to meet their needs
  • Support Category Managers as needed
  • Update prices in Oracle and manage IPV

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Sourcing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Sourcing, Supply Chain, Procurement, or Operations in a manufacturing environment
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish. Knowledge of other languages is a plus
