¿Qué te hará triunfar en este puesto?

  • Estar suficientemente familiarizado con la plataforma ITSM de EasyVista; ya sea porque ya has tenido experiência en su administración o uso técnico.
  • Si en lugar de EasyVista, la experiência la tienes con ServiceDesk Plus de ManageEngine, no pases de largo, puede que también tengamos sitio para ti. _
  • Si dispones del certificado de EasyVista, te hacemos la ola. Y sino, quizás también
  • Conocimientos en lenguaje SQL.
  • Hablar español a nível nativo. Sería estupendo si además también dominaras el catalán y el inglés.
  • Tener ganas de aprender y crecer, así como de compartir conocimientos.



¿Cuál será tu misión?
**- Darás soporte en proyectos y realizarás tareas concretas y definidas en plataformas ISTM, CMDB y SAM (EasyVista).

  • Participarás en reuniones internas y con clientes.
  • Atenderás las solicitudes e incidencias relacionadas con la gestión de la plataforma.
  • Prepararás documentación, como, por ejemplo, actas de reuniones, manuales, procedimientos, guías, notas técnicas
  • Harás la investigación, análisis y tratamiento de los datos.
  • Participarás en la creación de contenidos audiovisuales (cortos) sobre el uso de las plataformas.
