En tu día a día:
- Gestionar cualquier tipo de apoyo legal a los diferentes departamentos (Property, Development, Tax, Finanzas, HR & Marketing, Customer Service) en el día a día de negocio.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento legal de leyes/regulaciones nuevas o existentes en las diferentes áreas de negocio.
- Apoyar el desarrollo de negocio y la estrategia de crecimiento de la compañía: redactar, preparar, negociar y completar adquisiciones, fusiones y transacciones similares (cartas de intenciones, acuerdos de confidencialidad, due diligences, acuerdos de compra, acuerdos de accionistas, opciones de compra, etc)
- Asistencia legal en la resolución de controversias con terceras partes e intervención en reclamaciones potenciales de clientes.
- Consejo y supervisión a nível contractual entre la empresa y proveedores, arrendadores, autoridades públicas y clientes.
- Coordinación de auditorías internas y externas.
- Coordinar la relación con los diferentes asesores externos legales y fiscales (nacionales e internacionales).
- Asesorar a la Junta Directiva en caso de necesitarlo e involucrarse en decisiones de Corporate Governance.
- Gestión de todo lo relativo a Riesgos y Compliance de la compañía, accionistas y partes interesadas.
- Dar soporte al Responsable de Compliance en la implementación y desarrollo de un programa de Corporate Compliance, así como preparar los itinerarios de formación interna dentro del área legal (incluyendo Corporate, IP, Data protection y Compliance).
¿Qué buscamos?
- Grado en Derecho.
- Más de cinco (5) años de experiência previa en firmas legales de prestigio a nível nacional o internacional, dentro de departamentos como Corporate, Real Estate, Contractual o Litigation).
- Conocimiento avanzado de derecho contractual y corporativo.
- Nível alto de inglés (C1).
- Disponibilidad para viajar ocasionalmente.
