En dependencia directa del Site & Operations Manager, sus principales funciones serán:
Analizar los procesos para identificar áreas de mejora en el departamento de operaciones. Colaborar con áreas interfuncionales para garantizar la disponibilidad, calidad, coherencia y consistencia de los datos. Desarrollar e implementar iniciativas de mejora continua para aumentar la eficiencia y productividad, incluyendo procesos de digitalización. Gestionar y desarrollar el sistema de datos maestros de operaciones (SAP y MES) y gestión de costes. Garantizar el cumplimiento de poli ́ticas y regulaciones internas y externas, incluyendo aspectos de salud, seguridad y medio ambiente. Requirements Tener cursado una Ingenieri ́a Qui ́mica, Ingenieri ́a en Organización Industrial o similar. Experiencia demostrada en un puesto similar en un entorno industrial. Habilidades avanzadas en MS Office, software de mapeo de procesos, etc. Es necesario un nivel alto de inglés. Imprescindible buena comprensión de las metodologi ́as de mejora de procesos (por ejemplo, 5S, VSM, ...). Persona con buenas habilidades organizativas, anali ́ticas y de resolución de problemas.
