We are looking for a Groups Agent to reinforce our team in Tenerife.

As a Groups Agent you will be responsible for coordinating groups/events, as well as organizing and following up on events.


Responsabilities:

  • Plan and create tailormade offers.
  • Create standard pricing tables for excursions and transfers.
  • Prepare and send detailed proposals and power point presentations to clients.
  • Negotiating prices with suppliers.
  • Securing and booking accommodation, transportation, venues, activities, etc.
  • Providing detailed and clear reports prior to the start of events, ensuring that everyone involved has the information they need.
  • Organization and implementation of tour groups, incentives, meetings and events.
  • Follow up events before, during and after with the client directly.
  • Contact with Travel Agencies, OTA'S, etc.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position
  • Degree in Tourism or similar
  • High English and German level
  • Highly valuable specific training in Event Management
  • Highly valuable experience in big events
