• Managing raw materials for sample preparation, stock control, and maintenance
• Preparing standard samples and new developments
• Physical-chemical and sensory analysis of prepared samples
• Equipment calibration
• Sample preparation SC1-SC6 in the laboratory following established quality standards and HACCP
• Raw material management, order placement, monitoring, and control
• Storage, supervision, and physical-chemical analysis of received raw materials before use
• Physical-chemical and sensory analysis of finished beverages
• Recipe adjustment to meet product specifications
• Labeling and coordination of sample shipment via SAP
• Creation of new references in the SAP system
• Equipment calibration
• Daily meetings with the CD&D team to prioritize projects
• Completion of equipment use and cleaning records
• Record of hazardous raw materials
• Allergen registration
• Supporting the sales department in sample preparation
• Assisting in stability studies and sensory analysis
• Stock control and material purchase request for CD&D laboratory operation and sample preparation
• Maintaining a clean and orderly workstation

You should ensure:

• Timely and quality sample preparation
• Participation in enhancing the CD&D department
• Management of standard sample shipments within the specified time
• Cultivation of a pleasant work environment
