_ Your mission_:
As our CMO, you will be responsible for managing and scaling Selectra's Marketing team, driving marketing strategy, setting priorities, expanding capability,
growing a world-class team while delivering on outcomes-oriented goals. You will grow the company's €70M+ revenue base by working on providing outstanding digital acquisition to sustain our business. You will have executive accountability for all our digital acquisition, and the content of our websites and ad copies. You will work closely with Selectra's executive team (CEO, CPO, COO, CTO, CHRO and CFO).

Responsibilities- Define the whole digital Marketing strategy, and execute it with the team, to fulfill and meet the company's KPIs/OKRs based on:The continuous analysis and improvement of our metrics at every level (most importantly: country / business units P&L; , leads, conversion, sales), and continuous collaboration with the Sales/Operations, and Product Departements.

Your discussions with other key team members, such as country managers and business developersThe continuous analysis of our competition and digital marketing trends to make sure we always keep an edge over the competitionEffective brainstorming sessions that contribute to the generation of new ideas that push the boundaries of what's possible within the team.
