Reportando al Director Comercial y formando parte del equipo de ventas de España, la misión de esta posición será la de captar nuevo negocio y asegurar tanto la satisfacción como la fidelidad de los clientes ya existentes.

Responsabilidades:
  • Identificar, cualificar e impulsar oportunidades de negocio en nuevo cliente.
  • Conocer las capacidades de la compañía y maximizar su valor como respuesta a los retos de los clientes.
  • Proveer de inteligencia de mercado y contexto de cliente al equipo en la preparación de propuestas y ofertas.
  • Facilitar el aseguramiento de la satisfacción del cliente E2E de la mano de los responsables de delivery.
  • Representar a la compañía en eventos de redes sociales, comunitarios y ferias.

Requisitos:
  • Mas de 15 años de experiencia, de los que al menos 5 años deben ser en funciones comerciales de soluciones y servicios de tecnología o de Big Data.
  • Capacidad técnica para comprender las necesidades de los clientes o posibles clientes, y aportar soluciones.
  • Formación universitaria
  • Deseable alto nivel de inglés.
  • Ubicación: Barcelona
