**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Analyzing market trends, competitor pricing, and demand forecasts to optimize room rates and revenue
- Developing and implementing pricing strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy
- Monitoring and adjusting room inventory and pricing across various distribution channels
- Utilizing revenue management software to analyze performance metrics
- Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to drive revenue during low-demand periods
- Conducting regular performance evaluations to improve revenue management strategies
- Developing revenue forecasts and budgets for the hotel
