We are offering one outstanding opportunity to join our team as Laboratory Samples Reception based in Paterna (Valencia), Spain.

What are you accountable for achieving?

• Follow the laboratory's procedures for specimen handling and maintaining records of patient test results.
• Assemble and/or disassemble kit trays and materials as needed.
• Identify problems that may adversely affect test performance and either must correct the problems.
• Provide assistance to the Laboratory Technologists as needed.
• Outsourcing and overseeing the sample reception area.
• Ensuring accuracy and proofreading of any company documentation before registering the data in the software.
• Registering nonconformities related to preanalytical steps.
• Entering and updating client data where required using the proper software.
• Providing administrative support to the laboratory team.
• Responsible for handling documentation requirements.
• Document all corrective actions taken when test systems deviate from the laboratory's established performance specifications.
• Clean and maintain the sample receiving area so that it can function in a neat and orderly manner.
• Adhere to the laboratory's quality control policies and procedures.

Desirable requirements:

• An associate degree in related fields is preferred

English:
as from C1 demonstrable (Cambridge Assessment or equivalent).

• More than 1 year of experience in the same or similar role in a laboratory.
