Actualmente, estamos buscando a un Sales Specialist (sector pintura para automoción – refinish o repintado) para trabajar desde nuestra sede de Madrid.

En esta oportunidad, serás el responsable principal del crecimiento de la cuota de mercado del territorio asignado mediante la venta, promoción de los productos y servicios Axalta en los distribuidores de su zona.

Trabajarás de manera independiente en un territorio asignado, del cuál conocerás bien las características del mercado, pudiendo gestionar la relación Axalta-distribuidor-cliente final. Además, tendrás la oportunidad de implementar las políticas y programas de la estrategia para alcanzar los objetivos propuestos para el territorio. Demuestra un conocimiento de los productos, así como de los procesos y necesidades del cliente final y de los distribuidores.

Key responsibilities:

Responsable de negociar objetivos anuales con la Distribución ,su seguimiento y cumplimiento de estos Establecer solidas relaciones de colaboración con los clientes. Identifica soluciones con el mayor potencial de obtener resultados positivos para los clientes Coordinación con el Especialista en Cuentas, Especialista en Ventas, Equipo Técnico y de Distribución para cumplir con los objetivos de ventas; Ofertas, análisis e información de mercado, etc. Gestión de SFDC y otras plataformas;

Key requirements:

Disponibilidad para viajar Ideal, habilidades de comunicación en inglés (preferiblemente medio-alto) Habilidad de negociación Conocimiento del mercado Experiencia en el sector automoción Conocimiento en ventas Manejo de programa Excel y entorno ofimático Capacidad de organización de su trabajo, identificando las tareas más importantes para la consecución de sus objetivos Identifica soluciones con el mayor potencial de obtener resultados positivos para los clientes. Planificación y Organización.
