Freelance Recruiters on a full-time or part-time basis, with excellent promotion and earning potential based on commission.

Prior recruitment experience is preferred in the Sales, SSC, and BPO sectors, but other recruitment experiences are acceptable.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage fullcycle recruitment.
- Source jobs offers from companies and hiring managers.
Required Skills:
- Manage hiring managers' expectations.
- Capable of communicating effectively at all levels.
- Capable of working successfully in both a team and independently.
- A proactive and handson approach to work.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to collect requirements and create effective recruiting strategies.
- Minimum of 13 years of recruiting experience.
- Sale, BPO or SSC recruitment experience preferred.
- Extensive sourcing experience using social networks, research, and personal network.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English.
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
We will provide our AI Recruitment solution. Our software enables the automation of Personality analysis, Aptitude and skills testing, competency analysis, and structured video interviews. All recruitment back-office support: contracts, billing, and legal support. Training on how to use our IntRec.
This is an entrepreneurial position.
