Human Resources Business Partner

TasksYour responsibilities and impact as an HR Business Partner:
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing HR guidance and support in alignment with business goals.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support business objectives.
- Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
- Provide guidance and support to management and employees on employee relations issues.
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
- Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
- Support talent acquisition processes and help attract, retain, and develop high-performing employees.
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance management programs.
- Facilitate succession planning and workforce development initiatives.
- Identify and analyze organizational development needs.
- Design and implement programs to improve organizational effectiveness.
- Support change management initiatives and provide coaching to leaders on change strategies.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Develop, implement, and interpret HR policies and procedures.
- Provide training and education on HR policies and practices.
- Provide guidance on pay decisions, promotions, and job evaluations.
- Support annual compensation planning processes.
- Utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and track the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
- Prepare and present reports on HR metrics, such as employee turnover and retention rates.
Skills, experience and interests you need to succeed in this role:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
- At least 5-7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a strategic HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent English is a must plus an additional European Language
