Ahora estamos buscando una persona que se incorpore como Technical Project Manager o Technical Lead lo antes posible pero sin estresarnos por el camino.

Esta persona trabajará en una de nuestras cuentas más grandes (IBEX35) con nuestro equipo de Delivery, en distintos proyectos y con distintas áreas como Desarrollo, UI, UX, QA y SEO.

La misión de la persona que se una como Technical Lead es liderar equipos técnicos, guiar el desarrollo de soluciones y asegurar la excelencia técnica para lograr el éxito en proyectos tecnológicos.

Como Technical Lead cuentas con sensibilidad por las personas, te importa crear un buen ambiente laboral y fomentar la comunicación y e trabajo efectivo de forma responsable y proactiva (típica palabra pero aquí va en serio, nos va bien cuando trabajamos con ganas).

En CLOUD, cada cliente tiene una necesidad y por eso, gran parte de nuestro trabajo sale bien cuando sabemos adaptarnos.

La infraestructura que preparamos en el día a día es esta:
— Gestión de proyectos técnicos : supervisar y liderar la ejecución de proyectos técnicos desde el inicio hasta la entrega, asegurando que se cumplan los objetivos, plazos y presupuestos.
— Coordinación de equipos :
colaborar estrechamente con equipos técnicos, como desarrolladores, ingenieros o especialistas, para garantizar la entrega exitosa de soluciones técnicas.
— Planificación y programación :

desarrollar planes de proyecto detallados, establecer hitos y asegurarse de que se sigan las mejores prácticas de gestión de proyectos.

— Gestión de recursos :
asignar recursos de manera efectiva, incluyendo personal y presupuesto, para garantizar la ejecución eficiente del proyecto.
— Comunicación :
facilitar la comunicación y la colaboración entre los miembros del equipo, los stakeholders y otros departamentos relevantes.
— Resolución de problemas :
identificar y abordar proactivamente los desafíos y obstáculos que puedan surgir durante el proyecto.
— Control de calidad :

supervisar el aseguramiento de la calidad y las pruebas técnicas para garantizar que los entregables cumplan con los estándares requeridos.

— Gestión de riesgos :
identificar y mitigar riesgos potenciales que puedan afectar el éxito del proyecto.
— Entrega a tiempo :
garantizar que el proyecto se entregue según lo programado y que se cumplan los plazos establecidos.

Requirements Y esto es lo que nos gustaría que trajera a Cloud la persona que se una al equipo: — Tienes experiencia técnica en grandes cuentas: sólida comprensión de los aspectos técnicos relacionados con proyectos core como CRMs (Salesforce...), ERPs (SAP...), middleware de integraciones (Mulesoft...), ya sea en desarrollo de software, ingeniería u otras áreas técnicas relevantes.

— Hablas español y puedes pegarte una buena charleta en inglés sobre aspectos técnicos y de negociación
—Te importa comunicarte de manera concreta y amable
— Te va lo de gestionar proyectos, equipos y recursos de manera efectiva .
— Te van las buenas prácticas de metodología ágil , en gestión de proyectos de desarrollo de software y/u orientación de estrategia de producto. Lo de buenas prácticas es amplio pero seguro que podemos hablar de eso en la cocina de la ofi o en una llamada.
— Sabes de herramientas de gestión de proyectos (JIRA o similares)
— No puedes vivir sin una buena planificación estratégica y organización de recursos — Te motiva identificar problemas y tomar decisiones efectivas para abordarlos, así como mitigar riesgos en los proyectos.
— Disfrutas estando en roles de gestión de proyectos o de liderazgo técnico.
— Tienes ganas de cambiar lo de 'trabajar con gente' por 'confiar en el equipo con el que trabajas'. El ritmo es rápido y queremos seguir tratándonos muy bien a pesar de las prisas.

— Te sientes bien trabajando a tu rollo pero lo que más te gusta es trabajar con otros equipos. Aprender y adaptarte es importante para ti, porque te motiva tanto tu crecimiento como el de las demás personas.
