En la Division de Pharma&Healthcare buscamos un Senior Manager Pricing para compañia Logística.
Entre sus principales funciones:
Trabajar junto al departamento de ventas, operaciones y finanzas para desarrollar una estrategia de precios para la compañia.
Liderar la ejecución de estrategias de precios dentro del portafolio de servicios existente y futuro. Establecer secuencia de lanzamiento y colaborar con ventas en el desarrollo de estrategias de negociación para optimizar precios.
Desarrollar mejoras en la metodología de precios.
Preparar propuestas de precios, presentaciones y apoyo en negociaciones con clientes clave.
Orientar y formar a los miembros del equipo según sea necesarioProponer y analizar esquemas de fijación de precios.
Impulsar cambios de precios a lo largo del ciclo de ventas, respaldar propuestas de ventas y licitaciones con análisis, realizar precios al contado para grandes acuerdos de ventas empresariales.
Investigar y analizar información, incluidos esquemas de competencia de precios con el fin de comparar precios, conocer las tendencias del mercado/nuevas tendencias y desarrollos en un entorno tecnológico Clous y SaaS muy dinámico.
Proponer medidas correctivasTrabajar con varios equipos internamente para implementar procesos y controles para garantizar la coherencia de precios en todos los acuerdos, compromisos, promociones, etc.
Formacion en Ciencias, Ingeniería, etc.Más de 8 años de experiencia en un rol similar, preferiblemente en las industrias de Farmacéutica, Dispositivos Médicos o Suministros Clínicos, Logístico.
Experiencia con GMP, GDP.Al menos 3 años liderando un equipo.Buen manejo de Excel, Salesforce, etc.
El perfil deseado debe tener habilidades de comunicación, negociacion y orientacion a resultados.
