In Pacha Group, we are looking for an Event Manager to be in charge of the music events held in Lio Mallorca
- Responsible of every aspect of the event planning. Understanding requirements for each music event. Oversee event happenings and act quickly to resolve problems
- Plan event with attention to financial budgets and time constraints
- Responsible of club programming supervised by Music Direction. Managing contracts together with legal team and invoices with accountancy making sure payments are done on time.
- Work together and assist Op ́s Managers/Teams to optimize event experience for all clients and guests
- Responsible to create event checklists prior to opening and after closing (i.e. Tables, technical, decoration, logistics )
- Coordinate DJ/promoter needs (hospitality and tec riders) such as technical equipment, meals and drinks.
- Logistics and show advancing, make sure ground transport and accommodation for guest artists is arranged for each event and informed to Dj/promoter team on time.
- Provide marketing and promotional support as well as be capable of hosting clients and industry alike.
- Supervise set up of each event such as stage, sound, lighting.
- Ensure decoration and production for all events and weekly parties is properly set. Help coordinate production of all decoration items plus planning load in ́s and load out ́s during each event plus storage organization.
- Partake in technical planning for each day together with production manager.
- Must understand primary goal is to organize and execute flawless events that will result in unforgettable experiences for both clients and artists alike, whilst achieving completion of business objectives.
Requirements:
- At least 7 year of experience working on a similar position
- Fluent in English is mandatory.
- Fluent in Greek or multiple languages is a bonus
