Omega CRM Consulting is hiring a Campaign Analyst to collaborate with a leading global pharmaceutical company.

You'll be responsible for tracking and measuring omni-channel marketing campaigns created by the Campaign management team. This analysis will help derive insights and optimize future campaigns. Working closely with the Centre Lead and other team members, you'll ensure reporting goals are met, understand brand objectives, and create intuitive dashboards for post-analysis.

Ensuring global campaign measurement standards are met and building user-friendly dashboards via Tableau are crucial aspects of the role. Tagging content correctly and partnering with the Analytics team for data consistency are also key responsibilities.

• Ensure campaigns adhere to global standards.
• Develop and maintain intuitive dashboards using Tableau.
• Validate tagging processes for accurate data.
• Collaborate with the Analytics team for data alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital analytics and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with Tableau and programming languages like R and Python.
• Experience in E-commerce, Web, or Campaign analysis.
• Knowledge of marketing automation and email best practices.
• Fluency in English and experience in international environments.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
