IO Interactive is currently looking for a skilled
Character Artist to join Project 00- a brand-new James Bond video game to be developed and published by IOI - to create impressive and realistic-looking characters for our newly announced.
Featuring a wholly original Bond story, players will step into the shoes of the world's favourite Secret Agent to earn their 00 status in the very first James Bond origin story.
What you will do:
- Create impressive and realisticlooking characters for our newly announced Project 00
- Own parts of the pipeline such as shading, texturing, modelling, cloth simulation or ingame setup.
- Taking initiative for setting new benchmarks for character quality.
- Work closely with technical animators using a mix of third party and proprietary tools; setting up character art for optimal execution and display in our inhouse game engine.
- Add the final touch and polish to already existing assets.
- Support your lead and producer in the overall planning of the character art production.
Who you are:
- You are a character artist with experience of working on at least two AAA titles in multiple stages of production
- Able to create impressive and realisticlooking game characters. Strong understanding of anatomy and color.
- Indepth knowledge of 3D modelling softwares like Maya, 3Ds Max and ZBrush.
- Experience with texturing tools such as substance painter and designer.
- Understanding of the details in charactermaking and subtle storytelling
