One such opportunity is for a Paid Marketing Manager, a crucial role in driving Docplanner's global expansion. This position is based in our Barcelona office.

We are currently seeking a Paid Marketing Manager to join our team in Spain. You will collaborate closely with marketing experts and oversee performance agencies to deliver significant value to potential customers while enhancing growth for Doctoralia ES, a division of Docplanner Group.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Develop, implement, and manage a data-based B2B paid marketing strategy targeting doctors and medical facilities for lead generation in Spain.
  • Work with the Head of Marketing and Global Head of Paid Marketing to co-create strategies and establish KPIs.
  • Supervise all Paid Marketing channels (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn Ads & Affiliates), ensuring constant optimization to maximize ROI and explore new platforms for campaign scalability.
  • Collaborate with Content Specialists and designers to create high-converting landing pages.
  • Effectively communicate project statuses to stakeholders and take ownership of your responsibilities to exhibit leadership.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of relevant experience with a strong track record of success, preferably in fast-paced international environments or performance agencies.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing B2B paid marketing strategies that directly impact revenue.
  • Advanced knowledge of Paid Social and Google Ads optimization, targeting strategies, and analytical thinking with a focus on key metrics like CPA, CPL, CAC.
  • Experience in landing page optimization and CRO techniques.
  • Demonstrated decision-making capabilities within your domain.
  • Proactive attitude, committed to achieving results efficiently.
  • Fluency in Spanish and exceptional English communication skills to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
