La oportunidad

Precisamos cubrir el puesto de Project Manager en nuestra oficina de Barcelona.

Tus responsabilidades incluirán:

  • Gestionar y coordinar todas las fases del proyecto, desde la fase de preconstrucción hasta la entrega final y cierre del proyecto, garantizando que los trabajos se realicen de forma segura y que se cumpla con el plazo y el presupuesto acordado, manteniendo altos estándares de calidad.
  • Gestionar y coordinar todos los aspectos clave del proyecto incluyendo el coste, valor, riesgo, logística, seguridad, calidad, instalaciones, diseño y medioambiente.
  • Establecer y mantener buenas relaciones con los agentes participantes en el proyecto, estableciendo líneas regulares y claras de comunicación para abordar los problemas que puedan surgir.
  • Supervisar las reuniones de obra así como la coordinación de los agentes del proyecto.
  • Gestión de la planificación y actualización de la misma.
  • Asegurar que los agentes cumplan con el programa acordado.
  • Gestionar y motivar al equipo de proyecto para garantizar el cumplimiento de los objetivos y que los miembros del equipo cuenten con el apoyo necesario.
  • Participar en la contratación de los contratistas como parte del equipo de proyecto.
  • Velar por unas condiciones de trabajo seguras para todos los empleados en obra.
  • Garantizar que se lleve a cabo el cierre del proyecto.
Acerca de ti

Formación en Ingeniería de la Edificación, Arquitectura, Arquitectura Técnica o similar y nível muy avanzado de inglés.

Tendrás experiência en la gestión de proyectos en el sector de la edificación, valorándose la experiência en los sectores de oficinas y comercial.
