Esta posición desempeñará un papel fundamental en liderar un equipo dedicado a definir y diseñar experiencias excepcionales para los huéspedes, con el objetivo de cumplir la promesa de la compañía de proporcionar unas vacaciones memorables en todas sus propiedades y segmentos.
El/la candidata/a ideal deberá tener una sólida comprensión y habilidad para utilizar eficazmente los datos disponibles sobre nuestros clientes, así como los estudios de investigación de mercado, para identificar y satisfacer las necesidades y deseos de los diferentes segmentos de la compañía.
Trabajando en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de Operaciones/Producto, se priorizará la excelencia en el diseño y la ejecución de las experiencias durante el viaje de los clientes.
Responsabilidades clave:
- Diferenciar los diversos segmentos de la compañía mediante la definición y diseño inspirado de experiencias adaptadas a las necesidades de los huéspedes, mejorando así la oferta.
- Identificar áreas de mejora a lo largo del viaje de los clientes y colaborar con el equipo de Operaciones en la implementación de planes de acción para abordarlas mediante experiencias revisadas y mejoradas.
- Contribuir al exitoso lanzamiento de nuevos hoteles y reformas, asegurando conceptos sólidos, posicionamientos únicos y mensajes clave que proporcionen una diferenciación sólida y atractiva.
- Desarrollar una narrativa de diseño y pautas para garantizar la implementación del diseño de interiores más adecuado en nuevos hoteles y remodelaciones para cada audiencia y segmento de marca.
- Colaborar en la definición y diseño de conceptos de F&B que cumplan con las expectativas de los huéspedes, basados en las percepciones del cliente, las tendencias internacionales y las mejores prácticas del sector
Requisitos:
- Más de 10 años de experiencia en funciones similares en el sector hotelero, con experiencia internacional liderando equipos en múltiples ubicaciones.
- Dominio tanto del inglés como del español, con habilidades excepcionales de comunicación en ambos idiomas, otros idiomas serian un plus.
- Conocimiento profundo de las mejores prácticas del sector y capacidad para innovar.
- Excelentes habilidades de persuasión, narración y negociación.
- Autonomía y capacidad de toma de decisiones.
- Disponibilidad para viajar según sea necesario.
