YOUR TASK

  • Support for new staff additions.
  • Attention to the other Employees of the Customer Facing Functions area.
  • Implementation of Learning Management Systems (SAP).
  • Support for the implementation of the annual training plan for Spain (investigation of market trends regarding training courses, organisation of training groups and material resources to implement them).
  • Support in training grants.
  • Support in the process of Onboarding.
  • Support in soft Development and Communication areas.
  • Management of consultancy and suppliers at national and international level.
  • Reports and Reports.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor ́s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources, Applied Management and/or similar.
  • Good handling of Excel. Valuable to have knowledge of SAP.
  • High level of English.
  • Motivated, responsible, independent, resolutive person and oriented to both service and details.
  • Open, dynamic and organized way of working.
