En Diana buscamos a gente como tú


Incorporamos a un/a Customer Service Attendant con inglés para dar cobertura en distintos centros de la Comunidad de Madrid con el fin de afianzar a los clientes y expandirlos, en contacto con tu GPV.

Deberás realizar visitas en ocasiones fuera de la Comunidad de Madrid, ya sea para formación o para el desempeño de tu labor habitual.


FUNCIONES:

  • Visitar los puntos de venta activos en tu zona de influencia, haciendo el refill de los displays implantados y fidelizando a los clientes realizando un servicio Post-Venta
  • Control de stock
  • Reposición de producto
  • Analizar las necesidades y dar respuesta a las dudas de nuestros clientes
  • Reporte en tiempo y forma, tanto interno como a headquarters de nuestro cliente, a través de herramientas como Excel, Mail y distitnas Apps.

CONDICIONES:

  • Incorporación mediados de Diciembre
  • 40 horas semanales, horario según necesidades del servicio, siendo de forma genérica de 9:00 a 18:00 h, de Lunes a Viernes.
  • Contrato indefinido
  • Salario: 16000€/ anual
  • Vehículo de empresa y Tarjeta Solred
  • Smartphone y tablet.

Requisitos:

  • Persona con alta orientación al cliente
  • Disponibilidad para viajar
  • Dinámico.
  • Empático.
  • Muy valorable haber trabajado en el sector tecnológico.
  • Alto nível de inglés hablado y escrito.
