Sobre la posición Dentro de Haleon el candidato seleccionado desempeñará sus prácticas en el Departamento de Ventas Gran Consumo (Sales Mass Market).

Este departamento es el responsable de ejecutar la política comercial de la compañía en el canal de Gran Consumo con marcas líderes, especialmente de Higiene bucal, como Sensodyne, Parodontax o Corega, y de alcanzar los objetivos de ventas, distribución y activaciones en grandes cadenas de retail como Mercadona, Carrefour, El Corte Inglés.

El puesto consiste en formarse, aprender y colaborar directamente con los responsables de estos clientes (Key Account Managers) en las tareas diarias, especialmente operativas y analíticas (se formará en elaboración de informes de ventas, planes promocionales, gestión de altas de producto, etc), y colaborará con el resto de departamentos para facilitar el éxito de las marcas.

Buscamos un perfil con muchas ganas de aprender y desarrollarse profesionalmente, con buena capacidad de organización.

La expectativa es que la persona seleccionada se desarrolle y evolucione para aprender de un rol más estratégico y cómo se gestiona clientes y sus objetivos de forma directa.

Es una oportunidad única para aquellos solicitantes que busquen especializarse en Ventas, Marketing o Trade, y que quieran crecer y formarse en un entorno de multinacional.

Key responsibilities La persona aprenderá de las siguientes funciones:

Análisis de los principales clientes y de las categorías de Higiene Bucal a través de herramientas como IRI-CIRCANA o SAP.

Apoyo tutorizado por el Key Account Manager de Hipermercados al equipo comercial tanto de clientes nacionales como del canal regional.

Realización de informes periódicos de la actividad promocional.
Apoyo tutorizado en el seguimiento de stocks de las diferentes marcas: Sensodyne, Polident, Parodontax y Binaca.

Seguimiento de procedimientos internos:
pedidos manuales, preparación de archivos, seguimiento de clientes y cumplimiento de las normativas internas de compras.
Apoyo tutorizado con el equipo externo de visita a tiendas.
Colaboración con el resto de departamentos comerciales: Marketing, Trade o Finanzas para implementar una buena estrategia de Ventas.
Qualifications and skills Essential Graduado en ADE, Económicas o carreras empresariales.
Nivel de inglés Alto (B2-C1).
Nivel avanzado en Excel y Power Point deseable.
Preferred Proactividad, responsabilidad, positivismo, constancia.
Capacidad analítica.
