Reportando a la Dirección Técnica, te responsabilizarás del
control y seguimiento de la correcta prestación de los servicios

contratados (mantenimiento, seguridad, limpieza, conserjería, etc.) en los inmuebles que gestione con el objetivo de garantizar la calidad de los mismos, el cumplimiento de la normativa aplicable y el cumplimiento de los procedimientos y directrices que la Dirección Técnica marque.


¿Cuales serán tus funciones?

  • Gestionar los contratos de servicio de los edificios asignados.
  • Cumplir con las políticas y procedimientos establecidos por la

- compañía.
  • Desarrollar y mantener una estrecha relación con los inquilinos y/o
- propietarios basándose en la comunicación recíproca, con respuestas
ágiles y prácticas a los pedidos de estos.- Controlar el cumplimiento de la regulación vigente y de los
- protocolos marcados por la Dirección Técnica.
  • Monitorizar y controlar los servicios y mantenimientos de las
- instalaciones de los activos, de acuerdo con los alcances contratados y normativa en vigor.
  • Responsabilizarse de la imagen del inmueble (limpieza, seguridad

- y mantenimiento).
  • Gestión de proyectos técnicos en los inmuebles asignados.
  • Gestión de compras y licitaciones de los materiales y servicios
- requeridos dentro del área de responsabilidad.
  • Participación en la preparación del presupuesto anual (Capex?opex) y supervisión mensual de los costes económicos en el presupuesto.
  • Proponer acciones para mejora de la comercialización, de la
- eficiencia energética, de fiabilidad de instalaciones, de seguridad, de
reducción de costes, etc. de los edificios que gestione.

  • Jornada completa con horario flexible de entrada y salida. Jornada intensiva los viernes y Julio y Agosto.
