Estamos colaborando con uno de nuestros clientes internacionales, una empresa muy fuerte del sector beauty premium en la búsqueda de un perfil de Supervisor/a de equipo, para gestionar un equipo de >6 personas.

La ubicación es una nueva apertura en Paseo de Gracia, reportando a la dirección de tienda.

Realizará las siguientes funciones:

  • Asegurar el mejor servicio al cliente.
  • Gestión y coordinación de la actividad comercial.
  • Coordinación del control de indicadores de venta y planes de acción en coordinación con store y assistant manager.
  • Controlar la cantidad y la calidad de stock en la tienda, con el fin de conseguir los presupuestos y los resultados definidos por la compañía.
  • Asistencia y dirección del personal, motivar, formar y comunicación con su equipo de vendedores.

Requisitos:

  • Deberá aportar una experiência en el sector premium, valorable en beauty y alta experiência gestión de equipos.
  • Conocimientos básicos de KPIs y planes de acción para la consecución de objetivos.
  • Liderazgo innovador y de retos.
  • Orientación resultados.
  • Muy valorable inglés fluido o bien otros idiomas.
