About this role:

We are looking for a Business Operations Coordinator with German (f/m/x) in Madrid or Warsaw to manage and coordinate day-to-day business and marketing operations.

The team is part of the Commercial and Business Operations unit, engaging with stakeholders such as account managers, editorial, and product teams.

The role focuses on the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and Poland regions, working with three different tribes and supporting a diverse range of platforms.

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day business operations activities, ensuring all marketing placements are in accordance with commercial agreements.Coordinate marketing strategies (campaigns, newsletters, content, and social media) and creative assets necessary for commercial support.Improve the flow of efficiency across teams and enhance customer satisfaction.Monitor and optimize the performance of campaigns & KPIs accordingly.Produce regular commercial reports to be presented to our internal and external stakeholders.

Your Profile:
