Frontiers is a dynamic and innovative company at the forefront of technology solutions, and we are currently seeking a talented Salesforce Solution Architect to join our team.

As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing customized Salesforce solutions that align with our business objectives.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into scalable and robust Salesforce solutions.
  • Architect, design, and oversee the implementation of Salesforce solutions, including configuration, customization, integration, and extension capabilities.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Analyse complex business processes and recommend optimal Salesforce solutions to streamline operations and enhance user experience.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and resolve technical challenges, ensuring delivery of highquality solutions.
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce updates, best practices, and industry trends to proactively identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect, designing and implementing Salesforce solutions in enterpriselevel environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, integration methods, and best practices.
  • A solid understanding of CRM concepts, business processes, and data models.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning) to create tailored solutions.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to identify innovative and practical solutions to complex challenges.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified System Architect, are highly desirable.
