About the role
As a Senior People Operations Specialist at Amenitiz in Colombia, you will be a cornerstone in the establishment and expansion of our people operations function. Your role is vital to our organization's growth and prosperity, as you will be instrumental in navigating the complexities of Colombian employment legislation, payroll processes, and related HR functions in a dynamic and ever-evolving high-growth company.
Your missions
- Designing, maintaining, adapting, and conducting comprehensive onboarding for new employees to ensure a smooth integration into the company
- Day-to-day administrative tasks such as data input, answering questions from employees, HRBPs, and TA Partners, payroll, and various kinds of reporting.
- Adapting HQ core processes to our Colombian operations and providing continued feedback to the People team towards harmonizing the two locations acting as one company.
- Planning and coordinating office events to enhance team engagement and morale.
- Office management tasks such as organizing office operations, managing office supplies, and ensuring the office environment is efficient and well-maintained.
- Revisiting core processes periodically and improving them through automation and simplification.
- Ensuring data accuracy in all relevant systems by conducting regular data audits.
- Implementing and/or maintaining automated and well-documented processes.
- Participate in Company Wide People Projects
Your profile
- Bachelor's/Master's in HR, Employee Relations, Psychology, or a similar discipline preferred (or equivalent experience).
- You have +5 yearsof experience in managingPeople Operationsand Payroll functions in dynamic environments.
- You possess a deep understanding of Colombian employment legislation, payroll practices, and HR operations.
- Proven kick-starter skills: Ability to start with a fresh canvas, execute tasks quickly, and balance between "better done than perfect" and "perfect" as required.
- Customer-driven: Strong passion for understanding internal customer needs, anticipating them, and delivering effective solutions.
- Driving and Coaching capability, you are able tooperate as the key HR contact for the leaders, providing coaching and guidance across the employee lifecycle
- You areoutcomes-driven with an extremely analytical & data-driven DNA.
- You can effectively navigate complex challenges and provide practical solutions.
- Native Spanish speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
