About the Branding Team

As the Brand Creative Lead, you play a pivotal role in creatively representing the Exoticca brand. Your responsibilities encompass omnichannel creative concept development and production:

  • Supervising the Creative team's output and overseeing the end-to-end implementation of paid and organic campaigns alongside foundational content creation/assets.
  • Ensuring the consistent portrayal of the Exoticca brand across all touchpoints, online and offline, while tailoring creative content/assets to resonate with local market intricacies when necessary.
  • Collaborating closely with the Brand Lead and Creative Project Manager to ensure that Integrated Marketing briefs are strategically sound, supported by audience insights, research, and data, and strike a balance between short-term sales goals and long-term brand building.
  • Directing and coordinating the internal creative teams and external agencies.
  • Ensuring proper implementation of assets across all channels and platforms, maintaining Exoticca's high-quality creative standards.
  • Fostering relationships, managing and guiding creatives, and leveraging these connections to unify teams in pursuit of a common creative vision. Additionally, you will lead a team of Creatives comprising designers, copywriters, and art creatives.

Main Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Branding team to generate top-notch Integrated Marketing briefs and translate them into exceptional creative assets that align with the brief and business objectives.
  • Lead and supervise the development of creative materials with your teams, determining the most suitable creative approach for defined audiences across projects and allocated budgets.
  • Manage the creative process from ideation to distribution, ensuring adherence to timelines, overseeing work progress, selecting and prioritizing creative concepts, and upholding expected standards of creativity and quality.
  • Breathe life into creative concepts that fulfill commercial requirements, campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
  • Ensure all communication materials benefit our defined audiences (B2C and B2B).
  • Shape the creative identity of Exoticca, ensuring distinctiveness, memorability, and standing out amidst competition.
  • Continually optimize creative assets based on performance data to deliver the right message to the right audience, in the right market, through the right channel.
  • Propose innovative creative ideas for ongoing content initiatives aligned with our brand and sales objectives.
  • Mentor and lead the creative team, keeping them motivated and assisting them in achieving their creative aspirations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in an agency or in-house creative team.
  • Proficiency in storytelling, crafting compelling narratives in both written and visual formats within a fresh and engaging industry.
  • Ability to articulate the creative approach internally and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Familiarity with media formats, creative best practices, channels, and UX/UI principles is advantageous.
  • Keen attention to detail, adept at visual layouts and copywriting.
  • Capacity to remain composed and optimistic under pressure.
  • Self-motivated with a determination to achieve optimal results, capable of overcoming challenges.
  • A critical thinker who can question a brief, an empathetic creative, a confident communicator and influencer, with experience in guiding and mentoring other creatives.
