Expert Rating Analyst Overview

We are seeking German speakers residing in Spain to come on board as Expert Rating Analysts.

As an Expert Rating Analyst, your role is pivotal in examining and enhancing AI-driven online advertising platforms. You will be instrumental in setting benchmarks and standards for data utilized in training AI models, particularly in sectors lacking established norms. This implies that you will be influencing the trajectory of web-based advertising and AI models.

You will be an integral part of a diverse team of data scientists, data analysts, and expert raters devoted to enhancing advertising relevance for end-users worldwide. Specifically, you will be working with German data but collaborating with team members from varied cultural backgrounds and languages.

  • Have expertise in AI model relevance, for instance, data labeling, linguistic annotation, and relevance rating
  • Are analytical and data-oriented with a solid track record of data-driven decision-making
  • Possess a keen interest and understanding of digital marketing and advertising, especially in connection to artificial intelligence
  • Can effectively distill complex information, questions, and solutions for different audiences
  • Have experience in researching and gathering insights across a range of topics
  • Can articulate and defend viewpoints in group discussions
  • Are at ease with reviewing and discussing various topics and are willing to research to support group decisions
  • Are comfortable with ambiguity in guidelines and are eager to help establish systems
Project Details
  • Job Title: German Expert Rating Analyst
  • Location: On-site in Barcelona, Spain
  • Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Experience & Requirements
  • Required: Native-level fluency in German (as spoken in Germany)
  • Required: Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
  • Required: Availability to work at our office in Barcelona, Spain
  • Required: Signing a standard Non-Disclosure Agreement
  • Required: Authorization to work in Spain
  • Preferred: 2+ years' experience in areas such as AI-based relevance rating, marketing/advertising, linguistics, content creation, writing, tech-related quality assurance, data labeling, or linguistic annotation
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in fields related to the mentioned professions
  • Preferred: Understanding of artificial intelligence technology and its ethical implications, especially in online advertising
  • Preferred: Familiarity with Agile development environment
  • Preferred: Experience with SQL or HTML
