Medical Manager Immuno Haematology Iberia:

Role & Function:

Key Responsibilities- Pharmacovigilance: - Report and follow-up of adverse events and safety data for products authorized in Spain & Portugal, including translation of documentation when required. - Local Pharmacovigilance literature review as per global and national requirements. - Accomplishes Pharmacovigilance Local legislation as well as Local and Global Pharmacovigilance SOPs.- Support to Marketing-Commercial &

Patient Access:

  • Support Marketing and Commercial and Patient Access in driving tactics aligned with Sobi Immunology products strategy collected in product Local Brand Plans.
  • Medical contribution to Local Brand Plansand in other cross-functional strategic meetings.
  • Collaborate with Marketing in the validation of promotional messages and identification of appropriate supportive documentation for Sobi Hematology products. Review of promotional materials.
  • Contribute to competitor products analysis.
  • Provide input in the preparation of country scientific meetings, symposia and other scientific activities/events driven by Marketing-Commercial and Patient Access related to Immunology.
  • Medical support and training to the commercial team.
  • Main stakeholders:
  • Main external stakeholders: Hematologists, internal medicine, rheumatologists, pediatric rheumatologists and other specialists as needed according to the product strategy and lifecycle
  • Main internal stakeholders:

Medical director, Global Product Medical Directors, Medical manager Hematology, Immunology BUD, Medical staff, marketing and commercial leads, patient access manager, Regulatory and Pharmacovigilance, QA, Compliance.


Qualifications

  • Medical or lifescience relevant university degree; PhD is a plus.
  • Experience within hematooncology, immunology and/or inflammation is a plus. +5 yearexperience within medical affairs (ideally at least 2 years as Medical Manager, Medical Advisor can be considered too) in pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience with new products, prelaunch and launch activities, planning and strategy execution.
  • Skilled in creating and building networks and relationships with KOLs at national level.
  • Skilled in scientific communications.
  • Knowledge of national healthcare system regulatory, safety, legal and compliance.
  • In addition to local language, fluent in English.
  • Skilled user of IT and MO software
  • Availability to travel
  • Fluent or intermediate level in Portuguese.
