The job:

  • We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our team, grow with us and develop his/her professional career in international projects.
  • Report to the Recruitment Coordinator regarding the recruitment processes you are managing.
  • Write job specifications and determine job requirements.
  • Find out online sites that our ideal candidates usually use.
  • Post vacancies in different job portals.
  • Inform candidates regarding job opportunities in Europe and answer their questions.
  • Prepare and perform job interviews.
  • Conduct phone and face to face interviews on Skype.
  • Contact Universities and organizations to inform regarding our vacancies.
  • CV screening.
  • Assessment of competencies.
  • Improve our online brand in Portugal.
If you fancy selling you may also have a commercial role and gain some bonus.
Requirements

  • Degree in Psychology, Business Administration or similar studies.
  • Portuguese native speaker.
  • Fluent in English and/or Spanish is a plus.
  • 1-2 years previous experience in recruitment (ideally in IT, Engineering or Health sector).
  • Knowledge of other languages would be a plus.
  • Proactive, customer oriented and good communication skills.
  • Experience using databases to manage recruitment process.
