What is the challenge?
As part of the team, you will give support to following topics:
- Improve, plan, and roll out of the global Performance Management culture (FLOW). FLOW is an ongoing performance experience that starts with goal setting in Q1 of the Fiscal Year, and finish with the end year review in Q4 of the Fiscal Year.
- Improve, plan, and roll out of the Talent Management culture (LEAD). LEAD is the new experience around Talent in SGRE. It includes Reflection on career interest, creation of the Development Plan and continuous dialogue between manager and employee.
- Improve, plan, and roll out of the global tools that will support development at SGRE. These tools include Mentoring, 360o feedback, Individual Development Plan, Upward Feedback, and shadowing.
- Improve, plan, and roll out of the
Leadership Ecosystem:
the leadership ecosystem is our development framework for Leaders at Siemens Gamesa. It consists of a modular approach that is always evolving.
- Improve and support the delivery of SGRE development programs for new managers and for high potentials plus senior leaders.
- Create a joint HR taskforce together with development focal points in the regions and business units to secure the roll out and implementation of the Talent & Leadership initiatives across SGRE.
- Partner with Internal communication to maintain an exciting, transparent, and simple communication with the organization to keep high level of interest on our topics. Successful communication includes innovative ways of communicating with employees, like virtual workshops, community management of certain Yammer groups, creation of intranets and materials like videos and elearnings.
- Together with our colleagues from HR service we are process owners for performance and Talent related processes, so we will request changes upon adjustments of the processes, reporting and testing when necessary.
- Partner with our external vendor to provide an efficient service on our processes. Provide information, update employee experience portal and train external colleagues to secure end to end processes.
- You may have studied in the direction of Communications, Business Administration, Psychology / HR or had comparable education
- It would be great if you've worked in corporate environment within the general HR field or communication department
- Someone with excellent communication skills to support improve our processes branding and improve our department communication.
- The ability to translate complex content into visual and compelling materials
- Knowledge of design platforms
- Knowledge of Excel / Power BI and Data analysis will be highly valuable
- You will have excellent organization skills, with an eye for detail
- The ability to translate complex content into visual and compelling presentations and present confidently
- External interpersonal skills, and the ability to connect and communicate efficiently with various people in
- Keen to learn and further develop your skills
- High English level speaking and writing is a must
