Main Responsibilities / Activities

  • Solucionar y diagnosticar averías (mecánicas/eléctricas) en máquinas ya instaladas, usando instrumentos de prueba y también de descripciones no técnicas proporcionadas por los clientes.
  • Preparar informes de servicio completos, hojas de tiempo e informes de gastos de manera oportuna y precisa.
  • Realizar actualizaciones y planes de mantenimiento preventivo/correctivo en el sitio del cliente. Ser parte activa del SAT después de un plan de actualización, modificación o mantenimiento.
  • Capacidad para soportar problemas técnicos del cliente mediante asistencia remota (cuando no se viaja).
Key Competences / Leadership Attributes

  • Comprometido a ofrecer soluciones de calidad.
  • Capacidad de trabajar independientemente con poca supervisión.
  • Capacidad de trabajo bajo presión y en equipo.
  • Excelente habilidad de comunicación, tanto verbal como escrita.

Basic Requirements

  • FP en fabricación mecánica/mantenimiento/mecatrónica o similar
  • Experiência en mecánica y electrónica.
  • Conocimientos básicos de programación electrónica.
  • 23 años de experiência con máquinas de packaging. Muy valorable experiência con maquinaria de Flexible Pouching.
  • Buen nível de inglés y valorable otros idiomas.
  • Conocimiento de Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Disponibilidad para viajar al menos el 50% del tiempo (para SAT).
