Situado a sólo 35 minutos del aeropuerto, el complejo está escondido en el tranquilo y privado extremo norte de la isla.(No mucho) más lejos, puedes encontrar remando en los alrededores las cabañas de pescadores blanqueadas por el sol en Cala Xuclar, comprar en el mercado local de artesanía dominical en el bohemio San Juan, almorzar en La Paloma, sentir el magnetismo del místico Es Vedra y disfrutar de los tambores del atardecer en la bahía de Benirras, en forma de herradura.

As Reservation Host, I will fully comprehend the vision of Six Senses to help people reconnect with themselves, others and the world around them and our values of local sensitivity and global sensibility, crafted experiences, emotional hospitality, responsible and caring, fun and quirky and pioneering wellness.

Sustainability, Wellness and Out of the Ordinary experiences are at the core of everything we do at Six Senses.

I will safeguard these pillars and its strategic planning and development and ensure all directives, practices and initiatives are implemented, embraced, adopted within the resort.

Duties and Responsibilities As Reservation Host, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following:

• Run daily reports for Reservation department, operational departments, Sales & Marketing.
• Process new reservations, update and clean up reservations, process advance deposits, answer reservations inbox emails within 24 hours, process reports (No Shows, ORS Comments, Commission, etc.)and other reservation related duties as assigned.
• Assist in all allocation of rooms.
• Check and handle for special requests and hard blocking rooms as needed.
• Contact guests or travel agents to clarify any discrepancies in preferences or requests before guests' arrival.
• Track future room availabilities based on reservations.
• Monitor and update internet reservation system in coordinate with respected hosts.
• Assist in determine room rates based on the selling tactics of the resort.
• Assist in the management of the guest history and profile system.
• Ensure all reservations daily are completed with all necessary guest information, profile information and rate/market/source codes with accuracy and efficiency.
• Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation.

My performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded.

• Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments.

Qualifications To execute the position of Reservation Host, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following:

• High school diploma or equivalent and at least one year's experience in a similar setting.

Hospitality diploma/degree?from a recognized hospitality school is preferred.

• Technical skills include MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

I am also familiar with various hotel systems including PMS, GDS and CRS platforms.

I have knowledge of hotel/resort and policies regarding reservations, discounts, MICE platforms and detailed procedures in handling local and overseas room bookings.

• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Valid European work permit is mandatory.
