Technology Process & Performance Manager
What this role involves?
The main responsibility of the Technology Process Manager is to ensure that IT processes, data, and technology align with the organization's strategies, policies, and standards. As an expert in the D&IT process, you will own and continuously improve them in line with D&IT Strategic goals and objectives. You will also support the design and implementation of D&IT KPIs, collaborate with D&IT Management and D&IT Leads to present results for analysis and decision-making, as well as facilitate training and communications in alignment with the Change management team.
What will you be responsible for?
- Manage one or several D&IT processes effectively to approve or reject changes, making improvements to increase productivity, reduce costs, and simplify operations
- Ensure alignment of processes and practices across teams and providers for effective and efficient operations
- Contribute to the development of policies, standards, and guidelines
- Align Technology processes with strategic & operational goals, ensuring process design aligns with organizational objectives and establishing measurement systems aligned with goals
- Recommend and participate in the analysis, evaluation, and development of long-term D&IT strategic KPIs roadmap and operating plans
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of Technology Master Data in D&IT systems
- Provide support on monthly D&IT Strategic & operational KPIs and any other D&IT dashboard
- Be a Gatekeeper of all D&IT process documentation
- Ensure all process documentation is up-to-date
- Prepare and provide training for D&IT processes
- Liaise with IT Leads on initiatives, provide necessary information and documentation for aligning future processes and systems with management expectations
What qualifications are we seeking?
- 15+ years of IT experience in designing and implementing IT processes in a global, multicultural environment
- Strong understanding of D&IT processes architecture and industry best practices
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in Power BI, ServiceNow, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Prior experience in an Agile environment
- Ability to work effectively in diverse teams under pressure
- Extensive Project Management experience
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
