Be the Bartender/Cocktail maker of a newly established Cocktail & Whiskey Lounge opening in Castelldefels a town close to Barcelona City is looking for a experienced Bartender with a wow factor who can "Shake Things Up" for our customers from the minute they walk in, creating a vibrant atmosphere until they leave.

You will take full responsibility for the bar area from preparations prior to serving the best cocktails and whiskey until closing time so your knowledge of Spirits is an advantage.

Serve classic Cocktails but be creative with suggestions and upscale them where possible, signature drinks and able to create something on the go , so a bit of Mixology and flair is a be a bonus , have a good personality to engage with customers and think on your feet.

Be able to handle pressure on busy weekends.
You can be part of creating new menu ideas for monthly add ons and be proud of them.

You will also be required to open and or close on some occasions so must be responsible as well as cash up in the evenings and lots more.

In return we offer :

40hrs work week with 2 day rest,Hours : 17:00-01:00 weekends 18:00-02:00 Salary be based on experience and what you can offer , Vacation days +tips.

Overtime will be paid for as well.
Own transport essential if not living in the town itself.
Must be able to START IMMEDIATELY as our Grand Opening is in 2 weeks time.
