Luxe Talent est un cabinet RH international intervenant dans les domaines de la sélection et du recrutement de talents dans les secteurs : Retail, FMCG, Electronics, Food & Beverage, Mode & Luxe, Automobile. Nos bureaux se situent à Paris, Barcelone, Madrid et Milan.

Notre mission première est de trouver le meilleur talent pour satisfaire notre client, d'innover et de sortir des sentiers battus afin d'identifier la perle rare

Nous recherchons actuellement un Recruitment Consultant H/F qui interviendra sur le marché français, basé au sein de notre bureau de Barcelone.

DESCRIPTION DU POSTE :

Dans le cadre de vos missions, vous serez en charge de travailler en toute autonomie sur vos propres processus de recrutement tout en développant notre portefeuille clients dans les secteurs Retail, FMCG, Electronics, Food & Beverage, Mode & Luxe, Automobile.

Vos missions au sein de la filiale Luxe Talent France seront les suivantes :

Recrutement (50%):

  • Prendre en charge la totalité du processus de recrutement depuis le recueil du besoin jusqu'à l'incorporation du candidat,
  • Identifier et choisir les stratégies de sourcing les plus adaptés en fonction du profil recherché (base de données, réseaux sociaux, headhunting...),
  • Etre moteur sur la prospection téléphonique de nouveaux candidats,
  • Réaliser les qualifications de candidats sélectionnés au travers de phone screenings et d'entretiens individuels,
  • Réaliser les prises de références et transmettre les candidatures sélectionnées aux clients,
  • Réaliser le suivi clients et candidats : coacher les candidats, organiser les entretiens, donner les feedbacks,
  • Négocier les offres et accompagner les candidats jusqu'à leur incorporation et intégration au sein de l'entreprise,
  • Participer activement à l'Employer Branding de Luxe Talent en étant actif sur les réseaux sociaux afin de donner de la visibilité à notre cabinet,
  • Participer à la bonne entente au sein de l'équipe.

Business Development (50%) :

  • Participer activement à l'élaboration de la stratégie commerciale du bureau français via l'identification des marchés porteurs / entreprises potentielles,
  • Identifier via les différents moyens à votre disposition les interlocuteurs des targets clients et les contacter afin de présenter nos services,
  • Négocier les accords commerciaux dans l'intérêt de tous (notre cabinet et notre futur client),
  • Oeuvrer à l'instauration d'une relation basée sur la confiance, la communication et la transparence avec chacun de nos partenaires,
  • Promouvoir auprès des acteurs des différents marchés cibles la marque Luxe Talent afin d'augmenter l'attractivité de nos services.

Dans le cadre de ce recrutement, nous recherchons des profils justifiant d'une expérience de minimum 3 ans en tant que Recruitment Consultant dans le domaine du Retail / FMCG / F&G. Vous avez pu développer vos compétences aussi bien dans le recrutement comme dans le développement commercial.

Vous parlez couramment français, anglais et idéalement l'espagnol. Vous souhaitez découvrir une approche humaine et qualitative du recrutement qui placent candidats et clients au sein de la relation. Vous aimez travailler dans des environnements rapides. Vous êtes autonome, proactif/ve, multitâche et organisé(e).
