¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?
La persona seleccionada para la posición de Project Manager de Edificación dentro de la Importante empresa Promotora - patrimonialista realizará las siguientes funciones:
Dirigir/coordinar a los subcontratistas, gestión de obra y contratos.Supervisar la seguridad, control de gastos de las obras.Supervisar la calidad de los proyectos para la satisfacción de los objetivos establecidos.Coordinar y planificar los trabajos a realizar por las empresas principales y subcontratas.Asistir a las reuniones de dirección de obra semanales.Mantener la interlocución con los clientes principales.Realizar informes semanales y mensuales.¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
El Project Manager de Edificación debe de aportar la siguientes cualidades:
Formación técnica.Más de 5 años de experiencia en el sector de la construcción.Disponibilidad para residir de forma estable en Málaga.¿Cuáles son tus beneficios?
