Function:
- You will be responsible for the following:
- Fixed Assets module
SAP:
opening investment orders, capitalization write off, depreciation.
- Daily Bank account reconciliation (clearing entries transitory accounts).
- Netting Intercompany entries and outstanding balances.
- Netting manual payments.
- Billing subproducts (from factories Spain.)
- Billing Fixed Assets Intercompany transactions.
- Monthly closing: revaluation of B/S open entries in foreign currencies.
- Master Data: Fixed assets type and depreciation rates.
- Adhoc efficiencies projects (work flows.)
Requirements:
- You are the person we are looking for if:
- Academic background: graduate in finance.
- 23 years' experience in an accounting role in consulting big4 companies.
- Soft skills: Analytic, communication, critical thinking, positive attitude, team work, work ethic.
- Languages: fluent English and French.
- SAP User (FI, FA, TRM, COPA, PPMM).
- Excellent in MSoffice: Excel, Word, Power Point.
