Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for addressing UA & Ad day-to-day technical issues and inquiries.
- Provide support to UA & Ad monetization managers during technical calls with partners.
- Take ownership of configuring and enhancing key 3rd party systems while optimizing processes.
- Monitor and assess new capabilities and SDKs developed by key partners.
- Conduct research on 3rd party systems to stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
- Deliver training sessions to enrich the Marketing team's technical knowledge.
- Develop playbooks and provide recommendations to improve marketing strategies.
- Establish and expand the knowledge center for the marketing ecosystem.
- Act as a liaison between marketing and Scopelys technical teams, advocating for marketing needs.
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
- Possess a technical background in the online marketing ecosystem.
- Accumulated over 3 years or more of experience in the online marketing industry.
- Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and continuously evolving environment.
- Quick learner and self-motivated individual with outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a strong dedication to customer satisfaction.
- Capable of comprehending customer needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Proficient in managing multiple stakeholders and overseeing various projects.
- Display a high level of curiosity and a drive for continuous learning.
- Knowledge of SQL.
