Actividades:
- Atención de llamadas, correos, mensajes de redes sociales de prospectos y/o clientes internacionales.
- Tener servicio postventa personalizado.
- Darles seguimiento a cuentas de importaciones y exportaciones.
- Ser el enlace entre áreas comercialoperacionesadministración.
- Realizar propuestas comerciales a clientes internacionales con información previamente revisada y aprobada por Dirección Comercial.
- Solicitar cotizaciones a pricing y operaciones.
- Coordinar con el área de facturación las ventas realizadas.
- Seguimiento a actividades de nuevos clientes internacionales para el alta, operación y pagos.
- Investigación de los clientes internacionales.
- Visitas y negociación con clientes en todo Europa.
